With ever increasing fuel costs, the Aqua (also called a Prius C) is a god send.

Toyota has done wonders with their Hybrids making a big range of Hybrid vehicles.

Each one seems to line up with a petrol vehicle size wise.

The Aqua is the same size and cabin shape as the Toyota Vitz Echo or Yaris.



Mechanically this vehicle has a 1500 cc petrol engine with an electric motor as well. The battery is recharged by the petrol engine (no you don't plug it in and you do not pay road user charges)

As you expect it has Toyota reliability with all of the usual safety features like ABS brakes, lap and diagonal seat belts and Iso fix car seat fastenings.

REALLY nice to drive and the higher than normal seat height is great.

Fantastic fuel economy with the power of a bigger motored corolla hatch.

This is called an L "grade" with LIGHT INTERIOR .
